Don't give away your Why

Don't give away your "WHY" before signing the Listing Agreement!

When interviewing more than one agent to list your home, be careful what is revealed during the interview process as this information may be used to the losing Agent's advantage if he/she brings an offer from a buyer.  Until the Listing Agreement is signed with the Listing Agent, it may be best to simply state that the home no longer suits your needs; nothing more is needed.  Don't give away your "why" before signing the Listing Agreement.
